We were delighted to engage with many of our international, interstate and local members in Canberra at the Hotel Realm. 2022 BIC National Conference Program Overview The 2022 BIC National Conference – Moving People > Navigating Change, was held at the Sofitel Brisbane Central November 13 to 16. Over 415 delegates attended over the 2-1/2 day conference.The plenary program included special addresses to delegates from a number of key politicians from the Federal Government and Opposition as well as the Queensland Government and local Brisbane Government. The BIC National Conference on Moving People – A National Priority, concluded on November 20 at the Iveco Big Arvo Out in Turner, with the auctionbus built by Iveco and Volgren driving out of Canberra on its way to a new home at Swan Hill Bus Lines. The funds raised from the auction proceedingsat the Big Arvo Out provides a significant monetary boost to the various projects and industry campaigns we undertake at the BIC. You have travelled to the Moving People Century 21 zone – the website for the inaugural 2018 Australasia Bus Conference. The 2018 Australasia Bus Conference was hosted by the Bus Industry Confederation of Australia and the Bus and Coach Association New Zealand. The conference plenary room saw close to 600 delegates participating in the 2-1/2 day program and 140+ partners enjoying the tastes and sights of Cairns.
