- Nominee promotion / profiling 1 – 25 October 2026
- Awards presented on BIC National Conference 17 November on Hamilton Island

Do you know a bus or coach superstar that deserves special acknowledgment?
Nominations for 2026 close 31 August | Judging will then take place, followed by nominee shortlisting. The Awards will be presented at the BIC National Conference on 15 to 17 November 2026 on Hamilton Island, Queensland.
