The Centre for Connected and Automated Transport (CCAT) will host a joint government/industry National Future Transport Summit in September 2025, bringing together transport and related sector leaders to agree on recommendations for maximising the benefits of connected and automated technologies.
The Summit will focus on infrastructure planning, sustainable deployment, productivity opportunities, safety opportunities and community acceptance.
CCAT’s National Future Transport Summit Steering Committee will provide strategic input into the direction of the Summit, including the draft plenary recommendations to which BIC will contribute.
The Steering Committee will meet monthly and BIC will collaborate with members over the next twelve months to gather feedback on any policy issues discussed.
