Have your say on ZERO
A rapid transition to Zero Emissions Buses (ZEBs) is occurring across Australia. This transition is outpacing the governments’ ability to develop an appropriate policy and regulatory framework which will ensure the safe design, configuration, operation and maintenance of these heavy vehicles whose primary function is to move people. To fill this void in the short to medium term it is proposed that industry develop codes of practice, advisories and guidelines.
The Bus Industry Confederation invites operators and suppliers in the bus and coach industry to share your issues or challenges relating to zero emission buses (ZEBs). By sharing information we can all benefit from a broad spectrum of input for BIC’s consideration, at a national level, on the transition to low-zero emission buses and technology. You are not required to provide any personal information although we encourage you to include your contact details if you would like the BIC to include you in future discussions.
