Bus Delivery Capture System

The BDCS is a web application developed by the BIC in October 2012 for industry to upload data on delivered buses and coaches across Australia.  The BDCS tracks the VIN of each vehicle delivered to ensure that there are no duplicates in the system.  The BDCS is a valuable tool for manufacturers, suppliers and operators for analysing market shifts and trends.

If you are a manufacturer or importer of buses or coaches and you wish to supply your data to the BDCS, please contact the BIC at enquiries@bic.asn.au.

Public Data Access 

General users of this website can upload data on deliveries across Australia and access restricted data based on Month of Delivery or Registration; Application; State delivered; Number of Seats

Launch BDCS Search - Public Search facility for publicly available restricted data results.
Upload Bus Data

Bus & Coach Manufacturers or Importers can use this link to upload data relating to bus delivery in Australia.

Private Data Access


BIC Members, APTIA Members and bus and coach Operators of State Associations via the BIC Membership section, can access additional data not available to the public.
